I don't understand how anyone would give these scammers any more than the minimum stars, I would give them minus 5 if I could. Packages get "lost" in lala land, they don't do anything other than tell you: I'm sorry for the inconvenience, my Christmas cards never arrived, I even paid for 2 day shipping that is not really 2 day shipping according to post office, rip off. I had to end up going through my credit card for a refund.
After reading through these reviews I am completely surprised that this company has such a bad reputation (I had no idea). In the last 8 months I have ordered Christmas cards, save the dates, wedding invitations, and now wedding postponement cards and have never once had a single issue. I have been a return customer as they have gone out of their way by doing things like sending me a free magnetic save the date as a keepsake (even though I only ordered the card version), and giving me 50% a off coupon because I have been a repeat customer. I was able to get all of my wedding invitation, RSVP cards, detail cards, and addressed enveloped for under $250, which compared to other companies is a steal! All of the cards I have received has been great quality, exactly as described, and gotten to me fast (within a week). I plan to be a repeat customer and am shocked that they have so many negative reviews. I guess people only take the time to write a review when they are dissatisfied with a company but not when they are pleased?

Worst website to order cards on. I ordered my graduation cards during the week and payed extra so they would get here on time. But turns out that the 2 day shipping meant that they would send it out in 2 days not that it would arrive in two days. My graduation cards are now gonna come in after I graduate. Overall horrible service. 2 day shipping is a scam, don't pay extra for it. If you are looking for better service go to Shutterfly my friends ordered from there and gave it a great review.
Not sure why the reviews are so bad...
My invitations came perfectly on time and in perfect condition. Will use this company again!
This little package came in the mail today. It was so adorable! Our graduation announcements turned out great. The website was easy to use, they came quickly and are perfect! Even the packaging is a celebration! Loved them!
I ordered masks from these morons. They didn't agree with what the masks said so they denied the order. It's obviously full of Biden/china supporting, America hating liberals. Take your business elswhere.
I have been trying to get someone from Simply to Impress to call me back regarding a brand new credit card I used for the 1st time with them, the very next day there was FRAUD on this card. I am disputing charge with Visa, but I find it VERY SUSPICIOUS that NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK FROM SIMPLY TO IMPRESS!
Item was paid to be overnighted however it took 2 days to process and then was shipped via USPS First Class. I contacted them several times before someone finally got back to me and they tried to get out of it stating that it takes a few days to process and then it's sent to the carrier. Then why charge $27 for Overnight shipping?! Will resolve with my credit card co.
I'd like to give this company a zero. They sent out my cards on what was supposed to be an upgraded cardstock. There was nothing upgraded about it. Very weak colors and they left my photos off the back of my New Year's cards. I contacted LaQuanda in customer service and she told me she was checking with her staff to see what could be done and they let my "live" chat time out...I'm sure that was "by accident". Trashy company! I emailed and complained and they won't get back to me. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered cards from them. Live and learn. I hope they're saving their money, they won't be in business much longer and I'm thinking of arguing the charge on my credit card. They obviously weren't bright enough to see that I sent three of the cards to my own address. They thought they could just put the postage on them and send them out and I'd never know the project wasn't complete. I told them if they'd make this right, I'd still be a customer. Obviously they don't care. They're horrible. Don't do business with them. You'll be sorry!
The cards themselves were very nice once I received them but that was 11/2 weeks late after their estimated last date so couldn't send them out before Christmas. A waste of money!
Ordered cards at the beginning of Dec with a delivery date stated a couple of weeks later. We are now in January and the cards have not arrived. They have agreed to a full refund and blamed USPS for the delivery issues. But other vendors don’t seem to be impacted in the same way. Despite the proposed refund we will not be sending out cards this year which defeats the whole point in ordering through them. Next year we will use the vendor that we have used in previous years.
I was concerned before I placed my order because of the bad reviews on this site. I really liked their holiday card designs though, and wanted to find a service that would make the cards, and mail them out. Unfortunately, one of my friends got the wrong card. I contacted their customer service department, via chat, and only had to wait about 10 minutes. They refunded my shipping costs, made new cards and overnighted them to me. As far as I know, only one person got the incorrect card, but they went above and beyond to fix this issue. Everyone makes mistakes, but owning up to the error and fixing it right away was impressive. Not only do they have great customer service, the quality of the cards was great. I will definitely use them again.
Ordered cards on the 10th. today is 23rd cards nowhere. They refunded my money and they told me no your problem resolved...Simply Impress is sock. Scam. They try to put the blame on the usps.
Perhaps I may be in the minority, but my Xmas cards came out great! They were delivered a day earlier than promised and they were packaged so beautifully. A personalized note included thanking me for my order in a gorgeous present-type box. I normally would order from Shutterfly or even Walmart for cards. I wanted to try something different and unique to match this crazy year. Simply to Impress did a great job! I will gladly purchase from them again.

I agree. It's a gamble. The first 2 years I loved the cards. This past year the card did not print well for some reason. If you need customer service to help you, it's a huge issue. I am sending back the cards and I used another company. I hope I get my refund with no issue. If I don't, I will just have to contact my credit card company which has had great customer service.

The cards are beautiful but the turnaround times is far longer than they quote on their site
